focuses on 3 main pillars -

MOVEMENT - I teach clients how to complete and incorporate proper movement through strength training and cardiovascular work to facilitate body composition changes, decreased injury risk, increased strength and overall improved health and longevity.

NUTRITION - I focus on helping clients set small, compoundable goals and implementing habits that will drive desired results. Clients will learn how to make informed nutrition decisions to support their goals. I refer all clients who require nutrition assistance outside of my scope of practice to certified nutritionists or registered dietitians.

REGENERATION - Proper recovery and balance ensures all of a clients actions are conducive to reaching their goals. I teach clients proper recovery methods such as self myofascial release, mobility work, as well as discuss proper habits for appropriate sleep hygiene, stress management, and balance within social and work life.

In Person 1 on 1 OR Small Group Personal Training

Clients receive in person private instruction during sessions based on a custom training program. Sessions may be completed from my private gym space or I will travel to a client’s home or apartment gym. Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. This is best for clients of all skill levels who would benefit from hands on instruction and accountability.

Zoom Remote Personal Training

Clients receive private instruction during remote Zoom sessions based on a custom training program. The client may complete their sessions from their location of choice including home. Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. This is best for clients who aren’t local, travel frequently, or prefer non contact sessions but still want hands on instruction and accountability.

8 Week Remote Training Program

Clients receive a custom 8 week program to follow on my interactive app. Weekly phone or video call sessions are provided. This is best for clients who have high self accountability and have a an intermediate or advanced training background.
